Powder Coating Lines & Equipment Built for Real Factory Production
Ketu designs and manufactures complete powder coating lines and key equipment for factories that care about stable quality, efficient layouts and long-term running cost. From manual systems to fully automatic lines, you can build your entire finishing plant with one engineering team.
Every line is engineered around your parts, capacity and building – not just catalogue sizes.
All the Core Equipment You Need in One Place
Ketu’s portfolio covers the entire finishing process: pretreatment, powder application, curing and material handling. You can upgrade step by step or build a complete new line.

Our equipment runs in factories making metal furniture, electrical cabinets, aluminium profiles and other industrial components. Each industry has different requirements for film thickness, corrosion resistance and appearance.
Replace the images below with your real project photos.
Outdoor Metal Furniture
High weather resistance and colour stability for garden sets and loungers.
Electrical Cabinets
Thick, durable coatings for switchgear, server racks and control cabinets.
Aluminium Profiles
Long profiles with static shielding solved and stable film thickness.
OEM Industrial Parts
Consistent batches for export customers and long-term OEM contracts.
One Line, One Engineering Team, One Responsibility
Many factories buy ovens, booths and conveyors from different suppliers and struggle with bottlenecks. Ketu designs your line as one system, with balanced cycle times between pretreatment, spraying and curing.
- • Single engineering team for layout, equipment and commissioning
- • Clear throughput calculation based on your required takt time
- • Electrical control integrated across all sections
- • Easier troubleshooting and long-term support from one partner
How We Build Your Powder Coating Equipment
Behind each product category is a real workshop with welding, machining, assembly and testing. We do not just “draw a line” on paper – we manufacture and run our own powder coating lines as well.
- • Steel structure fabrication and welding with quality control
- • Panel insulation and airflow design for ovens and booths
- • Electrical wiring, PLC and HMI integration
- • Trial assembly and functional testing before shipment
Not Sure Which Equipment Fits Your Project?
Most customers combine several categories into one complete line. The right configuration depends on your parts, output, available space and required quality level.
Share the following basic information and our engineering team will suggest a practical combination of line type, booth, oven and pretreatment system.
- • Product photos and main dimensions (L × W × H and weight)
- • Daily or monthly production capacity target
- • Existing building layout or simple workshop sketch
- • Preferred heating method (gas, diesel, electric)
- • Current coating process and quality issues you want to solve
We translate this input into a clear, step-by-step line proposal – not just a single equipment quotation.
Email Your Project DetailsFrequently Asked Questions About Our Products
Here are the main questions buyers ask when they plan a new powder coating line or upgrade their existing equipment with Ketu.
1. Can I buy only one piece of equipment instead of a full line? ›
Yes. You can purchase a single oven, booth, pretreatment system or conveyor and integrate it into your existing line. We will request photos and dimensions of your current setup to make sure the new equipment fits and the cycle time matches.
2. What information do you need to design the right line for us? ›
We normally need product photos, main dimensions and weight, daily or monthly capacity target, workshop layout or rough sketch, preferred heating method, and any quality problems you want to solve (uneven film, poor adhesion, low output, etc.).
3. What is your typical lead time for equipment and complete lines? ›
For standard ovens and booths, production time is usually 25–40 days. For complete powder coating lines including pretreatment and conveyors, lead time is usually 45–75 days depending on complexity and project size. We will confirm an estimated shipping date in our quotation.
4. Do you provide installation and on-site commissioning service? ›
Yes. For complete lines, we can send engineers to your factory for supervision and commissioning, or guide your local installation team remotely. Before shipment we offer detailed installation drawings, videos and connection diagrams to reduce on-site issues and save time.
5. What warranty do you offer for Ketu powder coating equipment? ›
Our standard warranty is 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first. Main steel structure has longer service life with normal maintenance. Electrical parts and wear parts are supported with replaceable spares.
6. How do you support spare parts and after-sales service? ›
We provide a recommended spare parts list with each project and can ship parts by air or sea. For electrical and control issues, our engineers can support you by video call, remote troubleshooting and updated wiring drawings when needed.
