Ketu Coating Line is based in Foshan, China, specializing in engineering and manufacturing electrostatic powder coating lines. Unlike suppliers who only supply equipment, we operate multiple powder coating lines ourselves, running real production for metal furniture, cabinets and aluminum profiles.

1. What information do you need from us before making a quotation? +
Product photos or drawings, maximum and minimum workpiece size and weight, output target, plant layout, planned powder type and number of colors.
2. What is the typical investment range for a powder coating line? +
It depends on automation level, line length, output, pretreatment process, booth structure and curing method. We normally provide several configuration options for comparison.
3. Can you only supply part of the line, for example just booth or oven? +
Yes. We can supply turnkey lines or single equipment such as booths, ovens, recovery cabinets, conveyors and pretreatment systems.
4. How long does it take from order confirmation to line start-up? +
Normal projects usually take about 2–4 months from technical confirmation to production, shipment and installation support.
5. Do you provide overseas installation and commissioning? +
Yes. We can send engineers to your site or support your local installation team remotely and with documentation.
6. How do you evaluate energy consumption and gas usage? +
We estimate power and gas consumption based on part size, line speed, oven size, heating method and insulation design.
7. Can one line handle several different product types? +
In most cases yes. We consider hanger design, hanger spacing, conveyor speed and future products during layout planning.
8. If our capacity grows in future, can the line be expanded? +
Yes. We can reserve extension points, oven extension space and additional spray positions where possible.
9. Can you work with our powder and pretreatment chemical suppliers? +
Yes. We can coordinate line parameters with your powder and chemical suppliers for stable equipment + chemistry operation.
10. What is your warranty and after-sales support policy? +
Standard warranty is 12 months for equipment, excluding consumables and human damage. Spare parts and technical support continue after warranty.
11. Can you help us with plant layout planning? +
Yes. We can prepare preliminary layout options based on your building structure, columns, clear height and utility positions.
12. I only have a rough idea now. Can you still make a preliminary proposal? +
Yes. Send your basic product information and a simple plant sketch. We can prepare a preliminary concept and budget range.
