Ketu is a Chinese manufacturer focusing on complete powder coating lines, curing ovens and related equipment. We design, fabricate and test full systems in our own factory, and we also operate in-house powder coating lines. Every proposal is based on real production experience, not only catalog data.

We mainly serve B2B factories and OEM manufacturers: metal furniture producers, electrical cabinet and enclosure factories, aluminum profile plants, and job-shop coating plants. Most of our contacts are owners, production managers, plant engineers and project teams responsible for capacity, quality and ROI.

Our core strength is complete powder coating lines, including pretreatment, drying, powder booth, curing oven and conveyor. However, if you already have part of a line and need to upgrade ovens, booths or conveyors, we can also provide key equipment and integrate it into your existing system after a technical evaluation.

Yes. Many projects start from upgrading old liquid painting or outdated powder lines. We can evaluate which parts can be reused (for example building structure or some conveyors) and which parts must be replaced (such as ovens, booths, pretreatment) to meet your new capacity, quality and environmental requirements.

Our equipment has been exported to markets such as Turkey, India, North Africa and Southeast Asia, and we are open to cooperation worldwide. For each market we consider local regulations, power standards, gas availability and environmental requirements during design.

Yes. We are happy to cooperate with local agents, installers and engineering companies. In many cases, a local team supports civil work and installation, while Ketu provides equipment, drawings, technical guidance and process know-how.

The basic data we need includes: product types and photos, maximum dimensions and weight, daily/shift output, current coating process (if any), available workshop size and layout, preferred heating source (gas, diesel, electric) and target quality level. The more real information you share, the more accurate the proposal will be.

Manual lines are suitable for small batches, many colors and frequent changes. Semi-automatic lines are ideal for growing factories that need stable flow but still want flexibility. Automatic lines fit large-scale, repeatable production with higher initial investment but better long-term efficiency. We usually simulate your production scenarios and recommend a configuration.

Yes. Most projects are not in a “perfect” new building. We design line layouts around existing columns, doors, forklift paths and loading areas. U-shaped, L-shaped and multi-level layouts are all possible, as long as material flow and safety are ensured.

Our curing and drying ovens can be designed for natural gas, LPG, diesel, electricity or a combination, depending on your local energy cost and availability. We also consider insulation thickness and air circulation design to reduce energy consumption over many years of operation.

Yes. We supply pretreatment tanks, spray tunnels, pumps, filters and heating systems according to your substrate (steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, etc.) and corrosion resistance requirements. Pretreatment is critical for adhesion and durability, so we design it together with your chemical supplier’s process.

For furniture and job-shop customers, we can design powder booths and powder feeding systems for faster color change: smooth interiors, optimized suction and optional quick-change powder centers. We will discuss your typical color schedule and cleaning time targets before design.

Usually the buyer arranges civil work, foundations, platforms and on-site installation teams. Ketu provides detailed layout drawings, loading lists, assembly drawings and online/offline technical guidance. In some projects we can send supervisors or cooperate with your trusted local installer.

It depends on line size and local conditions. A simple manual line may take a few weeks from equipment arrival to first production; a large automatic line with pretreatment can take several months. We plan the schedule together with your team so that electrical work, civil work and mechanical assembly can be coordinated.

Yes. During commissioning we train your operators and maintenance staff on start-up and shutdown procedures, safety checks, basic parameter settings, cleaning routines and troubleshooting. We also provide manuals and recommended daily/weekly/monthly inspection lists.

We design equipment with access doors, platforms and clear inspection points. Daily tasks usually include checking temperature and pressure, cleaning filters, removing powder build-up in the booth and inspecting conveyor lubrication. With regular routines, most customers manage maintenance with their own team.

Yes. Conveyor speed, oven temperature, curing time and some pretreatment parameters can be adjusted when your product mix or paint specifications change. If you plan major changes in the future, we can consider this during initial design (for example extra oven length or reserved conveyor capacity).

If there is a problem, we first troubleshoot with you via video calls, photos and data logs. Many issues can be solved by simple adjustments or replacement of standard parts. For serious problems, we will work out a solution together, which may include sending parts, technicians or cooperating with your local service partner.

During design we calculate airflow and duct positions, and during testing we check actual temperature distribution with multiple sensors placed in the oven. If needed, we adjust air deflectors and fan settings until the variation is within the agreed tolerance so your coatings cure consistently.

We design systems to support standard powder specifications (film thickness, curing window, gloss and color stability). For corrosion resistance (salt spray, humidity test), the key factors are pretreatment, powder selection and curing control. We work closely with your powder and chemical suppliers so the whole system meets your customer’s requirements.

For key sections we do pre-assembly and dry runs in our factory. We check doors, fans, burners, conveyor drives and safety interlocks. For some projects we also run sample parts on our own coating lines to validate process parameters and share photos and videos with you.

We control incoming materials, welding quality, panel machining, insulation, wiring and final assembly with internal checklists. Critical dimensions, alignment, leakage and electrical safety are checked before packing. This helps reduce problems at your site and speeds up commissioning.

Main cost drivers include line length, automation level, type and size of pretreatment, oven dimensions and heating method, conveyor type, number of colors and required capacity. A clear project scope and real data allow us to optimize cost without sacrificing critical performance.

Lead time depends on project size and current workload. Small manual lines can often be produced faster, while large automatic systems may require several months. We will confirm an estimated production schedule together with your quotation.

We usually work with FOB, CIF or CFR terms from Chinese ports. Payment terms are commonly T/T with down payment and balance before shipment, but can be discussed according to project size and cooperation history.

Yes. Based on your local energy prices, line configuration and expected output, we can provide reference calculations for gas/electricity consumption, typical powder usage and approximate labor requirements, so you can evaluate the payback period and ROI.

We normally offer a standard warranty period for main equipment components (details to be specified in the contract). Within the warranty period, if there are problems caused by manufacturing quality, we will provide solutions and necessary parts according to the agreed terms.

Many basic components (bearings, motors, sensors, burners, etc.) can be sourced locally using the specifications we provide. For custom parts, we can supply them from China. We recommend you keep a small stock of key spares at your site based on our spare parts list.

Yes. We support customers via email, messaging and video calls for process adjustment, troubleshooting and future upgrades. For larger modifications or relocations, we can discuss dedicated engineering support.
